CBRE noted that the addition of live streaming in the March PPPA was well received with over 2000 people watching via the Gavl Live Auctions app. CBRE’s Head of Strategic Marketing, Natalie Cheeseman added, “we appreciate that running a national platform means that not everyone will be able to attend the auction but we were determined to deliver a product that can be experienced by buyers and vendors nationally and internationally.”

Vendors who choose CBRE’s Premium Property Portfolio Auction benefit from the national and international exposure their properties receive during the campaign. CBRE Asian Services Desk Manager, Kevin Tong said “What was clear through the March auction was that investors are not restricted to states which they live and will comfortable look across the boarders, which was evident in the Caltex Holden Hill auction, where we witnessed multiple local Victorian bidders for the South Australian asset.”
